Everything you need to know about the Liverpool ONE Halloween Spooktacular

Liverpool ONE is set to up the fun factor this Halloween as it launches Spooktacular events for October half term in Liverpool.

Halloween in Liverpool just got even more fangstastic as Liverpool ONE brings a whole host of ghoulish family fun to the city centre complex. Running from 14th October until 3rd November, there’s free, frightening fun and in-store activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Donna Howitt, Marketing Director at Liverpool ONE, said: “We’re delighted to bring customers a whole host of free things to do this half term. We can’t wait to kick off the spooky Halloween celebrations, with something for every member of the family to enjoy!”

On Thursday 31st October expect all things of spooky goings on including performances from MD Productions, squirming Slinkies, and the return of Aracnobot the Spider at 4.30/5.30/6.30pm on South John Street. (31st October only). More info here.

Here’s 8 Things you can do at the Liverpool ONE Spooktacular this Halloween half term in Liverpool…

1 – Dress Up!

Whether you’re attending the Halloween Spooktacular Radio City Street party on 31st October or shopping or dining with family – this is a great opportunity for your little ones don their best Halloween outfits! There’s even spot prizes on offer at the party, scroll down for info.

2 – In Store Fun

Throughout the Halloween Spooktacular there’s lots of in store activities for kids of all ages. What will you discover?

3 – Radio City Street Party

On Thursday 31st October, Radio City is hosting a huge Halloween Street Party between 4pm and 7pm. Party-goers in the best fancy dress can expect spot prizes, monster music, ghoulish games, giveaways and the return of Aracnobot, the world-famous spider puppet. Other entertainment on offer includes pop-up theatre performances from Baba Yaga’s House, Slinky’s and street dance from Britain’s Got Talent stars MD Productions.

4 – Kids Eat Free

Shopping at Liverpool ONE has never been so exciting. Why not make a day of it and book in for a tasty family lunch or dinner at Las Iguanas, Barburrito, Chaophraya and more will be offering kids eat free deals. Find out more about dining at Liverpool ONE here.

5 – Pop Up Barbie

If your kids are more princess than pumpkins, there’s a Barbie Fashion Pop Up Shop opening at Liverpool ONE on 11th October. Open for a 6 week run the shop will stock limited edition merchandise, a life size Barbie box for the ultimate selfie and of course, loads of Barbie dolls! More here. 

6 – Street Theatre

Visitors and shoppers are being advised to keep their eyes peeled as a giant spider will be hovering above Paradise Street – gearing up to spook with its creepy sounds echoing across the estate. There’s also pop up theatre at the Radio City Street Party event to look forward to.

7 – Big Scream Action

ODEON at Liverpool ONE is showing some great family friendly movies this Halloween and through October half term in Liverpool. Abominable, Angry Birds 2, Dora & The Lost City of Gold and Shaun The Sheep: Farmaggedon will make for a good giggle for all ages. More listings here. 

8 – Zombies Unleashed

One for the teens! As part of Liverpool ONE’s Halloween fun, the Zombies Unleashed virtual and augmented reality app invites players aged 12 and over to hunt down and capture a range of ‘undead’ characters in designated spots hidden among the shops, bars and restaurants. Visitors can discover the scary mayhem zones to unlock the fun interactive features, do battle to climb the leader board and share the best chilling selfies! More here.
