Find out about all the events happening at BeWILDerwood this Easter
3 years ago
With so many visitors exploring what BeWILDerwood Cheshire has to offer, it’s easy to forget that the outdoor adventure park only opened it wonky wooden gates last spring.
In such a small time the park has become a firm family favourite and continues to grow – with new events and brand-new adventures already added to the woods.
This April will see the park’s first ever Easter, and as with everything at BeWILDerwood it’s sure to be guaranteed wholesome family fun.
The Pesky Bunnies Easter Eggs-pedition will run from the 2nd-18th April.
As well as the Pesky Bunnies bouncing into the woods, there will also be a brand-new story, craft and Easter Egg Trail to follow. See exactly what’s on below:
- The Pesky Bunnies of BeWILDerwood – the brand-new Easter story is on multiple times a day at the Storytelling Stage. Visitors are encouraged to catch a story whilst in the woods as they really do bring the magic of BeWILDerwood to life. If you didn’t already know, BeWILDerwood is actually based on books!
- Make bunny ears – Head to the Big Hat craft tent and make your very own bunny ears. The Big Hat is open 11am – 4pm, and the Twiggle Team recommend hopping over there at the start of your adventure.
- New for 2022! Face painting – Visit the Face Painting Pavilion for a bunny nose and whiskers to complete your Pesky Bunny look!
- Easter Egg Trail – Pick up your Puzzling Park Easter Trail on arrival and find the 6 giant Easter eggs that have been hidden by the Pesky Bunnies. Spell out a mystery word and receive a small prize!

‘Le Grand Fromage’ aka author and creator of the BeWILDerwood Tom Blofeld commented:
“Easter is just such a magical time in the woods! Even if you don’t celebrate the holiday the Pesky Bunny characters and egg trail are great fun and the whole family can get involved – we expect grownups to play too and of course make their very own bunny ears! Everyone is a big kid at BeWILDerwood, or at least that’s how a day in the WILD woods will make you feel!”
BeWILDerwood Cheshire is open 10am – 5pm every day from the 2nd April.
