Hillbark Hotel & Spa’s The Dining Room and Cellar earn coveted AA Rosette Award

Last night, the prestigious AA Rosette Awards spring update took place at the RAK Ceramics Design Hub in London, honouring the finest restaurants and hotels across the UK.

Hillbark Hotel & Spa’s The Dining Room and Cellar, in Wirral, proudly received the prestigious three AA Rosettes Award for Culinary Excellence.

The UK’s smallest five-star hotel is renowned for its use of top-tier seasonal ingredients, impeccable culinary techniques, and captivating flavour profiles, the restaurant stands as a beacon of culinary excellence.

Earning three AA Rosettes places restaurants in the spotlight of national acclaim, showcasing their outstanding culinary offerings to a wider audience.

Simon Numphud FIH, Managing Director at AA Media, expressed his delight in celebrating and recognising the exceptional restaurants honoured with the latest collection of AA Rosettes.

He praised the dedication of chefs and front-of-house teams in delivering exceptional culinary experiences focused on provenance, seasonality, flavour, and culinary mastery.

As part of the tradition, each recipient of a Rosette Award also receives a signature RAK porcelain AA plate.

Craig Martin, Head of Sales UK at RAK Porcelain, the sponsor for the 2024 AA Rosette Awards, conveyed his excitement in providing these iconic plates, which symbolise culinary excellence and celebrate the outstanding achievements of the awarded restaurants.

Since its inception in 1956, the AA Rosette Awards have served as a prestigious marker of excellence for leading restaurant and hotel venues across the UK. The allocation of multi-Rosettes is determined by rigorous assessments conducted by AA inspectors during visits to each establishment.
