Hotel of the Year is achieved based on high scores across several categories, including Guest Service, Experience and Standards throughout the entire hotel, as well as revenue growth. Managed by Centre Island, Holiday Inn Liverpool was the first to undergo a complete refurbishment and adopt the Open Lobby Concept, inviting guests to dine, relax and socialise in their second-floor bar, lounge and View Restaurant.
Since then, it remains to be noticed by guests returning to the hotel who had only seen it prior the changes, with compliments always plentiful.Â

Continued dedication and commitment from all team members made it possible for Holiday Inn to achieve the accolade, which was rewarded throughout Celebrate Service Week.
The team enjoyed lunches and activities as a gesture of appreciation from their Head of Department, met with spirits and pride. Throughout August, Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre invites everyone to join the celebrations and enjoy a glass of house wine or bottled beer when they quote The Guide to the Front of House Team. Available between 5-7pm daily, one voucher per guest.
