INNSiDE Liverpool teams up with local walking community to launch wellness initiative
2 weeks ago

INNSiDE Liverpool has launched a new wellness initiative to encourage female solo travellers visiting Liverpool to explore the local area by foot, all while meeting like-minded people.
The first in a series of wellbeing walks will take place on Sunday 18th May – a free, social, guided walk around Liverpool, starting and ending at INNSiDE Liverpool.
Following the walk, participants can enjoy complimentary refreshments, including tea, coffee and pastries or a sweet treat – a moment for walking club members and hotel guests to wind down and socialise.

At INNSiDE Liverpool, each stay is enriched with music, art, lifestyle and wellness curated by the hotel’s local experts. The new walking initiative is in partnership with local walking community Bond & Bloom Liverpool.
Bond & Bloom Liverpool is a safe space for women in Liverpool to come together for walks and events – a community built on connection and growth in hopes of combating loneliness in the city.
Walking with a group provides numerous benefits beyond just physical exercise. It fosters social connections, boosts motivation, and promotes a sense of community and shared goals. Walking groups also offer advantages like increased accountability, opportunities to meet new people, and a chance to explore new places while engaging in a healthy activity.

The new initiative is in keeping with INNSiDE by Melia’s philosophy ‘Stay Curious’, which promises to accommodate guests’ every need with considered comforts and locally inspired experiences.
The walking event in Liverpool will begin at 11am on Sunday 18th May. On the day, guests should meet at the INNSiDE Liverpool foyer.
