Ladies Day: Meet Sue Moon, Winner of the Ladies Day Style Award at the Grand National

More than 3,000 race goers entered this years Style Award but there was only one winner.

Wearing a striking mustard coloured ASOS dress, black hat and shoes, Sue Moon from Preston was crowned the Aintree Style Award winner on Ladies Day at the Randox Health Grand National 2019.

Overwhelmed, Sue was teary on stage at the Red Rum Garden as her name was read out alongside the other finalists which included some stunning ensembles. From sharp tailoring to flat caps, white gowns and kid gloves, the Style Award panel faced a difficult task whittling more than 3,000 entries down to just a handful.

Sue takes home the Range Rover Evoque courtesy of Hatfield Land Rover and also receives a years supply of clothing from Chi Chi London, fashion partner for this years award. Huge congrats from us all at The Guide Liverpool.
