Liverpool restaurant NORD unveils brand new January set menu

NORD, the critically acclaimed Liverpool restaurant is excited to launch its new set menu, thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Daniel Heffy.
Available from 6–31 January, the menu will showcase a selection of seasonal, flavour-packed dishes using locally sourced ingredients and Nordic influences.
Guests can enjoy an outstanding three-course experience for just £32 or two courses for £26, offering extraordinary value without compromising on quality or creativity. The menu will change throughout the month but a sample menu release by the restaurant includes hearty dishes such as Pan-Roast Cod with Lentil Cassoulet, Hen of the Woods with Jerusalem Artichoke & Cauliflower Purée, and elegant desserts such as Chocolate Caprice with Caramel & Malt Ice Cream and Vanilla Crème Brûlée with Raspberry Ice Cream.

The January Set Menu is available Tuesday to Thursday all day and Friday & Saturday at lunch.
