Liverpool Watersports Centre is set for a Summer of thrilling activities, events, and experiences on Liverpool’s waterfront.
This summer, Liverpool Watersports Centre invites families, friends, and adventure enthusiasts of all ages to embark on an unforgettable aquatic adventure against the backdrop of the city’s stunning skyline.
Located at Queens Dock, the centre is operated as a not-for-profit organisation and part of the charity Local Solutions. With a mission to make watersports accessible to everyone, the centre offers a diverse range of affordable activities tailored for individuals and groups alike.
From paddle boarding to open-water swimming, kayaking, and canoeing, the centre caters to all tastes and skill levels.
One of the most exciting offerings is undoubtedly the Aqua Park—an expansive inflatable playground floating atop the water. Complete with catapult swings, water trampolines, slides, monkey bars, spinning rockets, and more, the Aqua Park promises endless hours of splash-filled fun for families and friends alike.
The Aqua Park is now open and runs through until September, ensuring a summer full of thrilling experiences.
Another key event this summer is the Lord Mayor’s Dragon Boat Race, taking place on Sunday 12 May. This exciting event brings together teams from across Liverpool to compete in a series of high-energy dragon boat races, all in support of the Lord Mayor’s Charity of the Year, Local Solutions.Â
