The documentary captures the journey of running a live radio station from the middle of one of the UK’s most respected electronic music festivals.
Last month, Liverpool radio station Melodic Distraction teamed-up with Audio-Technica and Manchester-based listening bar, NAM, to release a documentary exploring the experience of bringing four days of live radio to Gottwood Festival.
Delving into the intricacies of establishing and managing a radio station from a remote corner of North Wales, the film follows Melodic Distraction and NAM teams are they set up and deliver over 50 incredible hours of broadcasting – in just four days.

Josh Aitman, Melodic Distraction, said:
“We were thrilled to bring this collaboration between Audio-Technica, Melodic Distraction and NAM to life. It means a lot when brands like AT are invested in making independent ideas happen!”
