Lunya Liverpool boss talks future of hospitality and the positives that came from the pandemic

Lunya is a Liverpool favourite serving up Catalan and Spanish cuisine to thousands every week.

Peter and Elaine Kinsella launched Lunya in Liverpool ten years ago and during the week that the restaurant should have been celebrating its tenth anniversary it was forced to close as the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown began.

In the chat above Peter gives us a fascinating insight into life as a restaurant owner during 2020 and offers some advice to other business owners as the crisis continues. He also thanks Liverpool for its support of local independents during the pandemic and paints a much more positive picture for hospitality going forward.
