Marco Pierre White’s restaurant to launch new autumn menu

Famed chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White is to launch a brand-new Autumn menu at his Chapel Street-based restaurant.
The new menu, curated by Marco Pierre White, will include dishes that are perfectly suited to the time of year.
Included on the menu are a range of âSeasonal Specialsâ as well as the â1961 Prix Fixeâ which pays homage to Marcoâs birth year and at ÂŁ19.61 for two-courses offers exceptional value for money.
Delivering perfectly balanced flavour combinations, the new Autumn dishes sit alongside the range of classic Ă la carte dishes which feature all the hallmarks of a menu that was worked on by Pierre White earlier in the year.
On the âSeasonal Specialsâ starters include a Balmoral Game Pie, Baked Camembert, Butternut Squash VeloutĂ© and Moules MariniĂšre. For main guests can choose from Roast Cod with Lentils & Pancetta, Pan Fried Venison and Wheelerâs Fish Pie.
Meanwhile on the â1961 Prix Fixeâ starters include Beetroot & Goatâs Cheese Salad, Classic Moules MariniĂšre and Butternut Squash VeloutĂ© while mains include Butcherâs Steak, Pea & Shallot Mini Ravioli and Roasted Pork Loin Steak.
Guests wanting to try out the new range of dishes can do so from 13 September when the new menu will become available.

He spends days with our executive head chef, Jason Everett, going through dish ideas and cooking them to see if they work, so itâs as close as anyone will get to having your meal cooked by the great man himself.
