New Liverpool gym Unit 7 is offering free PT sessions for World Fitness Day
5 years ago
Located at Brunswick Dock Business Park, Unit 7 is a new gym dedicated to personal training services.
To celebrate National Fitness Day on Wednesday 25th September, Unit 7 will be offering 70 free one-hour PT sessions for a week from 25th September – 2nd October, available to book on a first come first serve basis.
National Fitness Day is an annual celebration aimed at raising awareness of the importance of physical activity, to maintain healthy lifestyles across the UK. Unit 7’s exclusive offer will give health enthusiasts the chance to have a free consultation from one of the experienced and knowledgeable coaches, along with free use of the gym for that day and a discount on personal training or a massage on the next visit.
The one hour in-depth session will cover lifestyle assessment or postural assessment, provide specific advice around the assessment personalised to each individual, and allow visitors to use the selection of weights and equipment in the gym. Normally visitors would have an initial assessment then have to return for a more in-depth consultation, however on National Fitness Day the expert personal trainers will be offering these detailed sessions for free.

Unit 7 was founded by personal trainers Kane Warren and Ash Lucas, who first teamed up as coach and client, working together to get Ash into peak shape for UK physique competitions. Now seven years later, the pair have combined their passion for health and fitness to create their own studio, where five other Personal Trainers are available as part of the team, as well as massage therapists.
Unlike other gyms, Unit 7 offers three core personal training services – holistic health, body transformations and athlete development, depending on the client’s personal goals. Holistic health looks at the person as a whole including sleep patterns and stress, body transformations are for people wanting to improve their image, and athlete development is for those wanting to know how best to structure their training.
Kane comments, “Fitness is so important in maintaining not just a healthy body, but a strong mind too, which is why we’re campaigning National Fitness Day. We want to give people a taster of our services whatever their personal goals are, and the opportunity to inspire people to exercise and improve their health for long-term benefits”.
Please note the free PT consultations are available from Wednesday 25th September – Wednesday 2nd October and subject to availability on a first come first serve basis. Please book by emailing Kane, kane@unit7pt.co.uk
