Everything you need to know about Liverpool’s Pride 2026
2 days ago
This year’s Pride is promised to be the biggest event yet by organisers LGBTQ+ and HIV charity Sahir and the LCR Pride Foundation.
The two joined forces earlier this year to save the city event which they renamed Liverpool’s Pride. And here’s everything you need to know …
When is Liverpool’s Pride?

Liverpool’s Pride will be held from Friday, July 24 to Saturday, July 25, with the main march being held on Saturday, July 25.
Kicking everything off in style

The weekend will begin with a major opening party at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena on Friday, July hosted by Tyler Daclaire, Pam Sandwich and Debbie Darling, they’ll introduce iconic acts including the Sugababes, Beth Ditto, Bimini, Tia Kofi, the House Gospel Choir and Horse Meat Disco, along with dozens of leading Liverpool LGBTQ+ Community performers.
New march route

The march will begin at St John’s Beacon before heading along some of Liverpool’s city streets including Church Street and Paradise Street, before culminating on Lord Street, and there will be no vehicles or floats allowed this year.
James Doherty from LCR Pride Foundation said:
“No vehicles, no distractions. Just our community walking side-by-side, taking up space, and having an amazing time proving that this city is for everyone.”
What time will the march begin?
It will start at 11.30am.
March after party
Doors open for the after party at 12 noon, and it starts at 1pm at the Liverpool Experience Campus auditorium. The multi award-winning House of Suarez dance company will be there with its signature glamour, performance, and theatrical magic; the city’s own ‘90s legend Sonia will make sure you’re ready to bop and Jester Boy is guaranteed to have the crowd in the palm of his hand.

Community Expo
Alongside the headliners, there’s a packed programme of community performances, local acts, food, art, and everything that makes Liverpool’s Pride feel like home inside the Liverpool Experience Campus. Organised by LCR Pride Foundation and Sahir House, the Community Expo brings together charities, community groups, independent traders, and brands.
More fabulous pride events are planned across the city too, such as:
