Reminisce Festival 2023: Everything you need to know

Reminisce Festival is back bringing the old-skool to Sherdley Park this Saturday.
The build is on, the arenas are up and thereās only a few days left until Reminisce 2023 returns to Sherdley Park in St Helens for an incredible anthem-packed day and night.
This yearās festival is shaping up to be absolutely massive, with more than 120 DJs and artists over six big tops including the 10,000-capacity main arena. Itās going to be a sell-out, so if youāve already got your ticket ā or youāre about to grab one ā hereās everything you need to know about Reminisce 2023 ā¦
What time is it on?
Reminisce will be taking over Sherdley Park on Saturday September 9 from 12noon to 11pm so get ready for a marathon dancefloor workout. And itās over 18s only so donāt forget to bring ID because youāll need it however old you are.
Whoāll be performing?
The list is huge, spread across six different arenas ā The Reminisce Arena, Bounceback Arena, LoveHouse Arena, Garlands Arena, Legends Arena and Fezzy Pop Arena, as well as an extra VIP area with DJs including Andy Carroll, Ant Armstrong, Liam Hincks and Paul Bleasdale.
Hereās a taster of who is on where ā¦
Reminisce Arena ā live on stage thereāll be artists such as Heather Small, Rachel McFarlane, and Vengaboys plus a big line-up of DJs including John Kelly, Baz Todd, Lee Butler, Lil John, Rob Tissera, Steve Cocky and Tall Paul, and MCs.
Bounceback Arena ā look out for live PAs including Infextious, Love Inc. feat Simone Denny, and Linda from Milk Inc, plus DJs and MCs.
LoveHouse Arena ā itās all about the fabulous dancefloor divas, with live PAs including Angie Brown, Julie McKnight, Kathy Brown, Sandy B and Sheryl Lynn, and a DJ line-up featuring Anton Powers, Dave Graham, Billie Clements, Ian Longo and Jeremy Healy.
Garlands Arena ā relive some amazing Garlands memories with live appearances from Nikki Belle and Abigail Bailey amongst others, plus DJs including John Cotton, Les Calvert and Lil John.
Legends Arena ā catch live performances from the likes of Bassheads, K-Klass (whoāll also be doing a DJ set), and Oceanic, plus DJs and MCs.
Fezzy Pop Arena ā Blazinā Squad, Booty Luv, Boyzlife (Keith Duffy & Brian McFadden), the one and only Chesney Hawkes, Fatman Scoop and N-Trance head up the live PAs, alongside loads of DJs.
Whatās the best way to get to and from Reminisce?
If youāre coming by car, thereās no parking on the site but there are spaces at the Co-op Distribution Centre off Lea Green Road.
The closest bus stops to the event are on Marshalls Cross Road. Arriva is running shuttle services to Liverpool Lime Street including a drop-off at Edge Lane, between 10pm and 1am.
Lea Green train station is a few minutesā walk away.
Is anything not allowed?
You canāt take in any kind of glass, so no perfumes, aftershave or foundation bottles, vape bottles or mirrors. You canāt wear tracksuits, novelty masks or anything that covers your eyes. Also on the banned list are aerosols, disposable BBQs, fireworks or smoke bombs, and drones. And, hereās the biggie ā you canāt bring your own alcohol onto the site.Ā
Can you smoke or vape on the site?
Thereās no smoking or vaping inside the arenas or tents, but you can in the open air.
What about medical conditions?
If youāve got a medical condition that means you need to bring your own food to Reminisce, or medication, then head to the āaccessible laneā when you arrive where staff will help, and might issue you with a medical wristband in case you need to go to the First Aid station at any point. Itās best to bring a prescription or doctorās note if your medication isnāt easily recognisable.
Is there any camping?
Not for this festival, itās a one-dayer so leave your tent at home! You can take a camping chair, but as larger items will be searched on entry, it might slow you down getting in. There are lots of unreserved areas on the site where you can sit, either in the park or undercover.Ā
