The Magical Woodland at Blakemere Village in Cheshire has broken box office records this year and has welcomed over 35,000 guests so far.
The Magical Woodland has been illuminating over 15 acres of the Cheshire countryside and has enchanted visitors since 24th November with many dates now sold out and only limited availability on specified dates.
The Magical Woodland, in association with The Festive Group is one of the region’s top Christmas attractions with over one million fairy lights, multiple laser displays, digital animation, dazzling tunnels, captivating canopies of lights and festive tunes which transforms the winter woodland.
Paul Lally from The Festive Group said:
“This year has been a magical and memorable one for the team and for the thousands of families who have visited. The feedback has been nothing short of spectacular and the installation has been part of the build up to Christmas for so many families this year”.
The woodland comes complete with the Grumpy Grinch at Whoville, the house from ‘Deck the Halls’, Tinkerbell in Neverland and Santa, Mrs. Claus and their trusty Elves.
Guests will be allocated a 1 ½ hour time slot from the time of entry and the interactive sound and light experience can be looped as many times as you wish, with plenty of opportunities to refuel and warm up with snacks and hot drinks.
