The Royal Institution bar has launched cocktail masterclasses

The Royal Institution, a classic cocktail bar tucked away on Back Colquitt Street, is a popular venue for enjoying expertly made cocktails in rich surroundings thanks to its rich history.

With an exciting and detailed cocktail menu that’s been created by the talented team at The Royal Institution, the bar has a vast selection of both classic and signature cocktails as well as a detailed wine list, beers and spirits.

Extending its menu even further, the Royal Institution has now launched cocktail masterclasses where guests can enjoy learning how to make the bar’s luxury cocktails in sophisticated yet fun surroundings.

The team will show guests the ropes, inviting them to step behind the bar to learn how to shake and strain like one of the Royal Institution’s pros.

Having their very own bartender, guests will be taken through step by step how to make their favourite classic and signature cocktails. There’s a mocktail option too so there’s something for everyone!

Available all year round, the Royal Institution’s cocktail masterclasses are available to book six days a week and start from £15 per person for a two hour session and include a welcome drink, two different style cocktails/mocktails, plus plenty of laughs throughout.

For Mother’s Day, the Royal Institution has created a dedicated cocktail masterclass for guests and their motherly figure, guardian or friends. With a welcome drink including the Pink Bellini (mocktail version is with lemonade), guests can celebrate Mother’s Day in style whilst learning how to mix their favourite tipples.
