There’ll be a Liverpool Gin Garden & Bus at LIMF 2019 as Liverpool Gin is named festival sponsor

One of the UK’s largest independent drinks manufacturers is the headline sponsor of this year’s Liverpool International Music Festival.

Watch above as we take you to the Liverpool Gin Distillery to find out what you can expect at LIMF this weekend, and we also get a special LIMF themed Liverpool Gin cocktail created.

Merseyside-based Halewood Wines & Spirits, owner of Liverpool Gin, will be the title partner for the city council organised  Sefton Park music extravaganza, which takes place on 20 and 21 July – with the event now called Liverpool International Music Festival with Liverpool Gin.

The super-premium, organic gin will bring a Liverpool Gin Bus on site, as well as a Liverpool Gin Garden to offer an oasis of calm. The headline sponsors will also be providing lucky festival-goers with floor mats to take the weight off their dancing feet as well as comfy seating areas.

Those with VIP tickets will benefit from Liverpool Gin tipis and bespoke trailer bars offering a wide range of food and drink. Book your VIP tickets for LIMF 2019 here.

Deputy Mayor and Cabinet Member for culture, tourism and events, Councillor Wendy Simon, said: “We’re delighted that such a well-recognised and respected brand as Liverpool Gin has come on board to support LIMF 2019.

“Halewood Wines & Spirits is a major player in the independent drinks industry and it’s fantastic that such a prominent business in the region is working with the city council to help stage what has become one of the most popular festivals in our events calendar.

“It not only brings an economic boost to the city, but LIMF stands out from the competition as an accessible, inclusive and musically diverse event which showcases some of the very best local, national and international acts, alongside up and coming, home grown talent.

“We look forward to working with the team at Halewood to make LIMF 2019 the best yet.”

Leanne Ware, Head of White Spirits, Halewood Wines & Spirits said: “We’re really excited about Liverpool Gin being the headline sponsor of one of our home city’s most high profile music events. We’re proud to be supporting LIMF.”
