Tom Grennan launches music nights at Haydock Park Racecourse
19 minutes ago
Tom Grennan’s kicking off some incredible music nights at Haydock Park Racecourse this month and no-one’s looking forward to it more than the man himself.
The Bedford-born singer-songwriter says: “There’s a different energy at race shows, and everybody’s up for a great time.
“It’s so much fun to enjoy the music, and dance and sing outside… it’s summertime!”
Tom’s is the first of three shows at Haydock Park between now and August, and he can’t wait to meet the crowd, with people he admits will know him – and others who won’t.
But he grins: “Come to the show, I’m the best you will ever see – so why not?!”
Tom launches the Haydock Park Nights series on Saturday, June 20 – and he’ll be on stage from 9pm.
Renowned for his powerful vocals, tons of energy and a string of hit singles, Tom’s live performances have earned him a reputation as one of the country’s current standout artists – and last year’s Radio 1 gig in Sefton Park was no different.
He headlined the main stage on Friday night and brought high-profile guests like Ella Henderson, KSI, Melanie C and local Liverpool band The Zutons. Needless to say, the reviews were amazing!

Tom reckons ‘some people might know me, and some people might not’ but you’ll recognise his hits including his massive breakout hit, Little Bit of Love along with Found What I’ve Been Looking For, which became an anthem for Sky Sports, and his top-energy collaboration with Calvin Harris, By Your Side.
Tom admits he loves the city saying: “I get up to Liverpool quite a bit, as much as I can, my best friend’s a Scouser and he’s someone I put a lot of trust in, and he loves what I do.
He owns Doogles Donuts (there are three shops in Liverpool – Lark Lane, Mann Island and Allerton Road) and I get to have a load of Biscoffs when I’m there for free. They’re the best.”
After Tom’s appearance in June, the amazing music continues with Madness who’re set to captivate the audience with hits from their career spanning four decades on Saturday, July 18.
On Friday, August 7, it’s the turn of Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics with The Essential Orchestra. Combining legendary dance anthems with a stunning live orchestra, the show’s a spectacular celebration of Ibiza’s club culture with nostalgia and a great festival vibe.
The racecourse has a host of different food options from exceptional fine dining to stunning street food.
Try out the Champagne bar or tuck into fish and chips – or, better still, upgrade to the ‘All These Nights’ experience and enjoy two hours of bottomless drinks and a two course dinner.
And you can park for free. Nothing more to be said, except to leave the car at home and enjoy a fab evening with everything Haydock Park Nights have to offer.
