Whether a mum, step-mum or that someone special, Albert’s Schloss invites guests to celebrate the mother figures in their life and treat them this Mother’s Day, with a delectable brunch selection, decadent haus roasts and a free glass of sparkling Ferghettina Rose for every mother figure.

Albert’s Schloss is the perfect palace to treat any mother figure like the royalty they are. The royal Mother’s Day knees up will be an all day affair, starting from 9am with moreish breakfast dishes both sweet or savoury, from Turkish eggs to pancakes.

For those that like brunch on the lively side, DJ Angel of the Morning will be around for the Rise + Shine request line from 10am. No breakfast experience is complete without the perfect playlist for poached eggs and pastries – it’s truly the toast of the town.

The fun-filled frölichs for the Queens in your life, don’t stop there. A live choir and wunderbar DJ’s will be in haus delivering soul-saving sets throughout the day to soothe spirits while indulging in Albert’s famous Sunday Service – haus bands, rotational DJs, Cook Haus roasts, grooves, gravy, and good times.

Albert’s Schloss’ knock-out Cook Haus roasts are served with all the trimmings: roast potatoes, root vegetable mash, seasonal greens and lashings of proper gravy. Choose from sauerbraten beef wellington, beef sirloin, Bavarian pork knuckle, roast chicken or the vegan no-nut roast.

In addition to the classic haus Roasts, two specials fit for royalty will be available this weekend only – mouth-watering Roast Salmon served with spring vegetables and a lemon & tarragon veloute, and an alluring Lemon Meringue Pie.

To make the day even more special, Albert’s Schloss has partnered with Ferghettina Franciacorta Rosé for the weekend. Every Mother (or Mother figure) in attendance at Albert’s Schloss this Mother’s Day will receive a complimentary glass of Ferghettina Franciacorta Rosé, plus bottles will be just £20 (usually £54).

Originating from the gentle hills of Franciacorta, this sparkling wine, produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, undergoes the same ‘traditional method’ of bottle fermentation as Champagne. With its soft and rounded profile featuring berry and bready notes, it’s the perfect tipple for the mother figures in our lives.
