Two brand new festivals for Southport this summer

Southport is set to welcome two brand new festivals to Victoria Park this summer on 26th June 2021 and 27th June 2021 respectively.

Save The Rave is set to be the biggest ever outdoor 90’s rave event to be held in Southport, whilst Lookalike Tribute Festival is the largest event of its kind in the UK!

With the announcement that outdoor festivals and events are back on, these two ground breaking events in the seaside town are set to be huge – with a top line up confirmed for both — as Southport’s picturesque park plays host to two fantastic festivals following lockdown.

Save The Rave comes to Southport on Saturday 26th June 2021, bringing some legendary 90’s dance acts including the likes of Livin’ Joy, Angie Brown, N Trance, Baby D, 2Funky2, Ultrabeat and John Pleased Wimmin. With more top acts being announced soon, the event is expected to sell out very quickly.

The event from 12pm until 10pm and features top live acts, performers, pop up gin and Prosecco bars, street food stalls, giveaways and more. Early bird tickets are already sold out but standard tickets just £30 plus booking fee and VIP tickets (private bar, private toilets, private seating and queue jump) are just £70 plus booking fee.

Lookalike Tribute Festival comes to Southport on Sunday 27th June 2021, with some of the best tribute acts in the world for some of the biggest names in music history. The epic event will showcase music from The Beatles, Queen, The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, ABBA, Oasis, Elton John and Amy Winehouse.

The biggest tribute festival in the UK also runs from 12pm until 10pm and also features top live acts, performers, pop up gin and prosecco bars, street food stalls, giveaways and more. Early bird tickets are already sold out but standard tickets just £25 plus booking fee and VIP tickets (private bar, private toilets, private seating and queue jump) are just £50 plus booking fee.

Event organiser, James Daly of Jaly Concerts, said:

“It feels great to host events again and due to such a wait for this moment we decided to come back with a bang! Victoria Park in Southport is an ideal location and we’re really proud to be bringing the biggest open air 90s event to Southport and the largest tribute festival in the UK too.”

He continued: “Our aim is to put on huge events that are great value too. We’ve been putting on events all around the world for years now but these two are particularly special given the pandemic. Although some events organisers are cashing in on the gold rush, we’re keeping the ticket prices very reasonable for these two huge events. We just can’t wait to see people happy and dancing again.”
