The Spanish-inspired all-hours venue hosted an invitation-only party to showcase its small plates evening menu and extensive signature cocktail list.
More than 300 guests made the most of the end of dry January to sample in-house cocktails including a specially created diagonal black and white one, the Dia + Noche, as well as a selection of tapas tasters.
They were entertained by a line-up of DJs headed by Liverpool favourite Anton Powers, who is one of the team behind the new independent café and bar, and live sax music.
The event gave guests the chance to explore the two-floor venue, with a chill-out area upstairs and a late-night party atmosphere downstairs.
With a changing menu which kicks off with breakfast from 7am, Dia + Noche brings a unique round-the-clock dining and drinking experience to Liverpool city centre, with an emphasis on seasonal locally-sourced healthy food and wellbeing.
Dia, its daytime offering, runs until 5pm with breakfast, brunch and lunch – think cloud eggs, blueberry protein pancakes and smoked salmon gravalax with avocado – along with cheese and charcuterie sharing boards.
Noche follows on in the evening with Spanish influenced tapas dishes such as monkfish with serrano ham crisp, garlic prawns flambeed with Ibizan Hierbas liqueur, and chicken and black truffle croquettes.
On week nights Dia + Noche will have regular live music, and every Friday and Saturday night the best local DJs will take over until 2am.
