Farmaggedon, the UK’s number 1 scare attraction is back to test your nerve this October.
As horror attractions go, Farmaggedon has been the to go to Halloween scare-fest of choice for more than 10 years on Merseyside and you’ve gotta hand it to them, its even more terrifying this year. Watch above as we sent Pete Price in for a bit of a recce and to face his ultimate, scaly, green nemesis.
Since scaring us half to death last year, the merciless Mr Savage and his army of undead have been conjuring up new ways to give you nightmares down at Fear Farm, and they have nailed it again! Back for it’s 11th year and still fresh to death, Farmaggedon, Ormskirk continues to attract visitors from all over the UK which is no surprise, because Halloween without Farmaggedon is like Christmas without Santa! Tickets are now on sale and the Fear Farm gates of Hell open officially on 30th September 2017. Remember if you can hear the screaming…..you’re still alive!
Here’s 6 things you need to know about Farmaggedon 2017…
1 – Roll Up for the Freak Show
There’s no such thing as safety in numbers at Farmaggedon. Welcome to Freak Street, a whole new immersive queue-line experience. Look out for 12 freshly created zombie mutants who will help you tumble into your worst nightmares including Dancers, Magicians and a Zombie DJ.
2 – Time Goes by so slowly
There’s no rushing nightmares. Your time in hell can last up to 2 hours so make sure you allow plenty of time to fully enjoy your experience and you can calm your nerves with drinks and snacks on site afterwards. More FAQ’s here.
3 – Aim Fire! Zombie Paintball
First, introduced in 2015 the outdoor Zombie Paintball experience is now better than ever with a total of eight interactive areas. Hop on aboard the Farmaggedon Z.O.P. (Zombie Outlaw Protection) wagons, and this year you will find: Two Brand New Townships incorporating pyrotechnics, a Run-a-way Vehicle Water Cannons & The Living Dead.
4 – Don’t get left in the dark, remember your ID
To make sure everyone has a ball at Farmaggedon 2017, don’t forget your tickets and your ID. Nothing spoils your night out more than not getting in! Plus, do you really wanna be stood round there on your own? Nah. Acceptable photo ID forms include passports, drivers licence and official education ID cards. More info here.
5 – Meat Locker Revamp
The terrifying Farmaggedon Meat Locker scare house has been extended to include a new front of house maze that will herd you towards your destiny. Once you’re in, you will have two choices feed or bleed; either way, none will escape!
6 – Say Waaaaaahhhhhhhhh
