Who needs the sun? Here are 10 BBQ Restaurants in Liverpool

The weather has taken a bit of a nose dive hasn’t it? We’re a bit gutted we didn’t even get the cover off our new BBQ before the rain came and the temperature dropped last week and we’ve got a bad craving for ribs! In a desperate attempt to bring the summer back, we’ve rounded up the best BBQ joints across the city. (And the best bit is, they do the dishes afterwards, boom!)

1 – Fazenda

2 – Titanic Hotel

Our beautiful Stanley Dock hotel has a luxury ace up its sleeve in its Colonnade BBQ Experience. Open to hotel guests and visitors, the luxury BBQ experience runs from Thursday to Sunday from 12-5 and features sumptuous rare breed pork, Aberdeen angus beef and mouth-watering salads. 3 – Elif

4 – Viva Brazil

Viva Brazil, Castle Street, has had a huge refub and is back to serving Brazilian style BBQ meat to the masses. With one of the biggest salad bars featuring Brazilian stew, rice, nachos and veggies, plus kids under 10 eat free. This is one of our fave family pit-stop restaurants around the city centre. 5 – Slims Pork Chop Express

Chavasse Park is the perfect setting to get together for a BBQ, and at The Club House you can just turn up and enjoy the atmosphere while rotisserie chicken, and all American rib eye steaks are served straight to your outdoor table. 7 – Hickory’s Smokehouse

8 – Reds True BBQ

Reds neighbour, Bem Brazil has truly brought authentic Brazilian cuisine to the heart of Liverpool. 10 – Rockwood Bar and ‘Cue

Nestled neatly on Back Colquitt Street, Rockwood smoke their own meat in house for a full on smoky flavour, and curing their cuts with Himalayan pink salt, you’d be hard pushed to beat its unique taste.
