Perfect for all you runners out there. The 6am Club shouts out to all the people who ‘wake up early before the sun does’. Originally started from Kirkby Milers almost four years ago it’s a running group which gets out and about from West Derby Village three times a week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
They do five miles on Tuesdays and Thursdays and three to four on Fridays to encourage those who are just getting into running.
They’d love more to join them. Why so early? Work commitments for most but also ‘we have the roads almost all to ourselves, see sunrises and the sense of achievement of running 5 miles before 7am is great’!
