Here are eight gigs to enjoy in January across Liverpool City Region.
Dead Pony
10 January, Future Yard, Birkenhead
Fronted by Anna Shields, Scots band Dead Pony bring their rock sound to Future Yard for the first time, headlining the Beacon event.

11 January, The Dome at Grand Central Hall
Jacaranda Records presents a live performance from Franz Ferdinand in support of their new album The Human Fear.
The Glasgow band are back with a new album in 2025. This gig is sold out but there is a waiting list for late release tickets.

Pastel
16 January, Jacaranda
Guitar band Pastel, championed by BBC Radio 6 Music and Liam Gallagher, bring their album launch to the Jacaranda with a 6pm show.

Dean Z – The Ultimate Elvis
18 January, M&S Bank Arena
Direct from the USA, Dean Z, star of the Elvis Tribute Artists World Tour brings his high energy show to Liverpool as part of a UK tour.
He performs each era of the king’s career supported by an 11-piece band, horn section, incredible background vocalists and immersive video content.
A must for all Elvis fans.

Mantra of the Cosmos
19 January, The Cavern
A unique supergroup featuring a mash up of ex-Oasis members and the Happy Mondays in Zak Starkey, Shaun Ryder, Andy Bell and Bez.
Join them for this special show here in the Cavern Live Lounge where they launch their new single Domino Bones featuring Noel Gallagher. A limited edition 7in Red or Blue vinyl edition will be available, exclusively, only at the Cavern shows, as well as DJ sets from Bez and Andy Bell.
