PINS is pulling out all the stops for St. Paddy’s Day 2022

A whole host of events are planned to mark the date in March.

PINS Social Club, the three-floor competitive socialising venue on Duke Street will be hosting three big days, packed full of live music, sport and entertainment.

Running from Thursday 17th to Saturday 19th March, in partnership with Jameson Irish Whiskey, celebrations begin at midday on Thursday 17th, with a daytime St. Patrick’s Day party up on The Roof, Liverpool’s largest heated and covered rooftop bar – which will also be specially decorated for the event, taking inspiration from Irish American themes.

Following the venue’s sell out winter parties, St. Patrick’s will be the first time The Roof will be open this year and guests can expect a rustic Guinness Bar, plus a bespoke Jameson’s cocktail menu. Live bands will play throughout the day to keep the party going, finishing with PINS house DJs until late.

The weekend gets into full flow on Friday 18th. Enjoy discounted drinks during Happy Hour which runs from 5pm – 7pm, followed by ‘Get Lucky’ – a special St Patrick’s Friday night Social, in the Main Bar. Early arrival is recommended to bag a prime spot from 7.30pm, which features live bands and vocalists, plus resident DJs.

The next morning, jaded heads can recuperate with a long, leisurely Brunch in preparation for Super Saturday, a day of Rugby, when Ireland will be taking on Scotland on the final day of the 2022 Six Nations Championships.

Kicking off at 4.45pm, PINS will be showing all of the action on their big screens around the venue – watch live to see if Ireland can retain their title after beating Scotland last year.

Regardless of the score, it’s well worth sticking around after the match for PINS Parade night from 7.30pm.

Mixing DJs, live music, and percussion – the weekly Saturday nights have grown to be one of the biggest in the city and includes some of the most incredible dancers and performers, who take to the central Runway in a breathtaking spectacle show, which often includes acrobatics, costume changes and special effects.

Speaking about the event weekend, PINS General Manager Jamie Finn said:

“We’re really looking forward to St. Patrick’s this year – it’s got a long tradition in the city and the first time we’ll be celebrating at PINS, as lockdown thwarted our plans last year.

It’s also going to mark the reopening of The Roof for 2022, seating up to four hundred guests, there’s nowhere better in the city when the weather is fine!”

Friday and Saturday night advance booth bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Please book online or email sales@pinssocialclub.co.uk
