This free session is for anyone affected by MS (multiple sclerosis) including those with a diagnosis, family and friends.
Everton in the Community’s Walking Football programme delivers fun, inclusive and low- impact walking football sessions for people living with MS in a welcoming and supportive environment
Research tells us exercise can help you manage multiple sclerosis symptoms, including fatigue, and problems with balance and walking. Exercising can also improve your mood and help you to stay as mobile as possible when your MS is more severe
Walking Football is the fastest growing sport in the UK and is a great way to keep active, make new friends and learning new skills. Everton in the Community’s (EitC) Walking Football programme delivers fun, inclusive and low- impact walking football sessions for people living with MS in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches and are open to all regardless of age or ability including limited mobility, though you should seek your Drs permission before commencing any exercise.
