Liverpool gears up for a spectacular celebration as INDIKA Festival returns

INDIKA Festival Liverpool’s annual celebration of Indian arts and culture is back – and it’s bigger than ever.
INDIKA Festival returns from 24 October to 2 November with an electrifying mix of music, dance, storytelling and more, taking over venues across the city.
The 2025 line-up features world-class performers including sitar sensation Roopa Panesar, acclaimed Bharatanatyam dancer Seeta Patel, and Indo-jazz outfit Rafiki Jazz. Expect everything from epic classical concerts to high-energy Bollywood nights, plus free family workshops, film screenings and panel talks exploring the stories behind the art.

Now in its fourth year, INDIKA Festival is all about celebrating the richness and diversity of Indian heritage – and bringing it to Liverpool in new and unexpected ways. Organised by Milap, the festival is known for blending traditional and contemporary styles, creating unforgettable experiences for audiences of all ages.
With tickets starting from free, and events happening everywhere from concert halls to cosy café corners, it’s the perfect chance to immerse yourself in one of the most vibrant festivals on the city’s cultural calendar.
