Beginning with a beautifully presented selection of savoury delights, guests can enjoy a range of delicious bites, from comforting spiced butternut squash soup to sweet potato falafel paired with saffron aioli and a classic Stornoway black pudding, pork and apple sausage roll. An array of finger sandwiches follows, including hot smoked salmon with horseradish, Wiltshire ham with grain mustard mayonnaise and Barber’s vintage cheddar complemented by ale chutney.

The experience continues with a classic sweet treat- freshly baked scones served with Dorset clotted cream and fruit preserves, before moving to a selection of handcrafted patisserie. Other seasonal sweet offerings include bilberry crumble macarons, dark chocolate and passion fruit fondant, clementine Liverpool tart and apple and custard Battenburg. 

A noteworthy finale is the Mother’s Day sharing dessert – a beautiful chocolate sphere filled with cherry and decorated with crystallised sugar and edible viola petals.

For those who prefer a traditional Sunday option, Seaforth Restaurant will offer an elevated Mother’s Day roast, combining premium cuts with indulgent seasonal accompaniments.

Beyond dining, the hotel’s spa offers an elevated sanctuary- a thoughtful and luxurious treat for Mother’s Day. 

As well as its menu of relaxing treatments, guests can enjoy the hotel’s signature rituals designed for deep restoration.
