Schiller’s Hall is set to open this March and is giving away 1,000 dishes to celebrate.

Opening on Wednesday 11th March at 16 Hanover Street, Schiller’s Hall is a relaxed neighbourhood bar inspired by European drinking culture, combining standout beers, classic cocktails and wines with a food offer centred around comforting, continental dishes.

Guests can expect a menu of favourites including Steak Frites, Schiller’s Hot Honey Twice-Fried Chicken Burger, Pasta Alla Vodka and Prawn Crumpet with Spring Onion and Sweet Chilli, designed to sit comfortably alongside drinks and shared moments at the bar.

Designed for all-day and late-night drinking, Schiller’s Hall blends Alpine warmth with European soul, taking inspiration from historic beer halls, Bohemian cafés and the easy sociability of continental city bars.

Spanning 5,000 sqft with more than 170 covers, the venue offers a welcoming atmosphere, creating a neighbourhood hall made for after-work drinks, weekend gatherings and long, relaxed evenings.

At the heart of Schiller’s Hall is a drinks-led experience, with a wide line-up of European beers, a considered wine list and a new cocktail menu featuring serves such as the Salon Rouge Raspberry Mojito, Bohemian Electric Amaretto Bourbon Sour and Strawberry Limoncello Spritz, alongside a full line-up of classics.

Alongside the drinks offer, guests will find an all-day menu of small plates, hearty mains and sandwiches, plus weekend breakfasts and Sunday roasts, giving the venue an easy balance between drinking and dining.
