If you’ve got young Blues and you’re looking for something fantastic to do together this Easter break, get involved with the Junior Fan Takeover at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

There’s a whole week of family-friendly activities happening at Everton’s stunning waterfront ground from Monday April 6 to Friday April 10 and most of it is free!

This is the perfect way for supporters to spend half term, getting an up-close look at the stadium and taking part in all kinds of football-related fun.

To make the school holidays a big home win, here are SEVEN reasons to join Everton’s Junior Fan Takeover this Easter …

Younger Blues can experience what it’s like to walk out onto the hallowed turf, with tours designed especially for them. They’re on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and give fans a chance to feel the excitement of Z Cars playing as they go through the players’ tunnel, sit in David Moyes’ dugout seat, take a look inside the Men’s First Team circular dressing room where the squad gets ready for matchdays, and pose for photos pitchside and in the press conference chair. Numbers are limited, so Mini Tunnel Tours do need to be booked in advance.

As an added treat, Mini Tunnel Tours on Monday April 6 include a special Easter Egg Hunt for kids to join in. Once the egg search is complete, a tour guide will drop you off at the stadium activity zone where junior Blues can enjoy the rest of the day.

There’ll also be a special kit design studio, for young Blues to design their own Everton-inspired shirts, and a dedicated Game Zone hosting foosball challenges, soft play and mini competitions where supporters can test their skills and win prizes. On the East Stand concourse and outdoors in The Plaza, qualified Everton in the Community coaches will be running even more football challenges, skills sessions and fun competitionson Tuesday, 1pm to 4pm, and Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

The full activity timetable can be found here.

Just make sure you bring along all your spares to trade!

If you’re feeling hungry or fancy a drink during your visit, Trinity Place Café will be open throughout the week where you can buy a range of food and drink just like on matchdays.

A ‘Watch Team Training’ session

On Tuesday April 7 there’s a Junior Fan Takeover ‘Watch Team Training’ session at 11am. Demand for this one has been huge so it’s already fully booked, but fans lucky enough to have got a free ticket will be able to watch from the stands as stars from the Men’s Senior Team go through warm-ups, drills and skills, and goalie routines as they get ready for their next game.

Most of the activities are absolutely free!
