Liverpool ONE launches new artist retail space
2 hours ago
Liverpool ONE has launched a brand new retail space giving local artists the chance to showcase and sell their work in the heart of the city.
The initiative, based inside the resort’s Information Centre, will spotlight different creatives throughout the year — starting with Liverpool illustrator Sophie Green.
Known for her bold, colourful style, Sophie has already made her mark across the city with projects including Tickle the Ivories and the Liverpool City Region’s Homotopia campaign.
Now, visitors can pick up a range of her designs in person, including prints, mugs, stickers, magnets and pin badges, all featuring her signature take on Liverpool life.

From Liver Birds to Superlambananas — and even seagulls in purple bins — her work celebrates the city in a playful, instantly recognisable way.
Liverpool ONE says the new space is all about championing local talent, with plans to rotate artists every few months to give more creatives a platform.
Sophie said the city has played a huge role in shaping her work, describing her art as a “love letter” to Liverpool.
The new artist space is now open inside the Liverpool ONE Information Centre.
