The two stars will take top billing once again when Hill Dickinson Stadium stages an Evening with Bellew and Calzaghe on Saturday 18 July (8pm BST start).
Football arenas featured prominently throughout the careers of the two boxing icons, with Calzaghe defending his world super-middleweight title at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, while Liverpool boxing legend Bellew won the world cruiserweight crown at Goodison Park.
For one special evening inside The Yard at Everton’s stunning waterfront home, the two former world champions will share their stories behind the glory, rivalries, biggest fights and defining moments that shaped their incredible careers.
The event follows a series of high-profile sporting occasions at Hill Dickinson Stadium this summer, which began with the staging of Rugby League’s Magic WKND, which attracted over 82,000 fans over the two days.
