Titanic Hotel Liverpool launches fresh new summer menu at Stanley’s Bar and Grill

Titanic Hotel Liverpool is serving up a taste of summer with the launch of a brand new seasonal menu at Stanley’s Bar and Grill.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Stanley Dock, the restaurant’s latest menu celebrates lighter dishes, fresh seafood, premium British steaks and flavours inspired by destinations from around the world, making it the perfect spot for a summer lunch, evening meal or special occasion.

Taking inspiration from the dock’s rich trading history, the menu combines locally sourced produce with global influences.

To start, diners can choose from a selection of fresh seasonal dishes including Burrata and Melon Salad with Parma ham, chicory and mint vinaigrette, Crab and Avocado Salad with mango, chilli and pink peppercorn, or Hot Smoked Salmon served with lychee, cucumber and a yuzu soy dressing.

For mains, seafood takes centre stage with Pan Seared Bream Fillets served with caper beurre noisette, alongside Pan Fried Coley Fillet with a hearty chickpea and chorizo stew.

Those looking for something from the grill can enjoy BBQ Jerk Glazed Half Roast Chicken or Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, served with artichoke and lavender purée.

Steak lovers can choose from the Titanic Butchers Block, featuring a selection of 28 day dry aged British Herd cuts including Ribeye, Sirloin, Fillet and T Bone steaks. For those looking to push the boat out, the Surf and Turf combines two fillet steaks with a whole Thermidor lobster tail.

There are also plenty of plant based options, including a Plant Based Chicken Thai Green Curry served with jasmine rice and a Grilled Kofta Kebab with flatbread and hummus.

To accompany the new menu, Stanley’s Bar and Grill is also offering an extensive wine and Champagne list, with crisp Sauvignon Blancs, Provence rosés and Lanson Champagnes available to enjoy on the Colonnades overlooking the dock.

Families are catered for too, with the return of the popular Junior Sailors offer. Children can enjoy a meal and mocktail for £10, choosing from favourites including mini fish and chips or homemade penne pasta with garlic bread.
