The Lab Liverpool is set to build on its success by expanding into new premises in early Spring 2021, which will also see the business launch of its first inclusive juice, nutrition and coffee bar, Well Liverpool.
The Lab Liverpool has already built an impressive reputation under the stewardship of Joe Neill, 28, and his experienced team.
Joe, a former professional athlete, has created a place where clients have come to expect first-rate personal training and a variety of fitness experiences, as well as enabling everyone involved to gain an understanding and education in how to maintain long term health and fitness.
The Lab Liverpool’s unique one-to-one training approach has proved to be hugely successful, intent on bettering lifestyles with personal goals, support and informed encouragement.
2021 will see The Lab Liverpool relocate from its current Stanley Street location to popular, nearby Dale Street, ensuring its city centre status, with the advantage of increased floor space as well as all-new equipment and facilities. Joe will be adding to his team of expert trainers and this new facility will see the inclusion of mentored memberships, access to premium services including personal fitness and nutrition support, and affordable group training memberships, too.
Well Liverpool, based within The Lab, will be open to members and non-members to provide fresh, healthy juices, nutritious snacks and popular coffees as a post-workout boost and also as a chance to grab something on-the-go in this busy business and retail area of the city centre.
As The Lab Liverpool is so intent on providing clients with a total lifestyle experience, it made sense to include this service, so that they can refuel in the knowledge that their physical efforts are being complemented with nourishing food and drink choices.
Joe Neill says:
“During this challenging year at The Lab Liverpool we have spent time consolidating, getting to know the needs of our clients even further, and been busy building on our success by developing this new site and the inclusion of Well Liverpool, too. I am so proud of all of the team. During lockdown, we have been offering some free online programmes, to encourage more people to join us.
“This new facility means we can expand our bespoke services to be more inclusive, offering our new, curated level of memberships. We are really keen to emphasise that fitness is a personal and a unique journey for everyone, where we are here to guide, encourage, educate and support established clients and newcomers alike.
“I’m also really pleased that we will be launching Well Liverpool at the same time. It is something that comes from feedback from clients, and now both they and non-members can enjoy the same health benefits, too.”

While the team at The Lab Liverpool prepares for a healthy festive season, whilst looking forward to the coming year with positivity and focus, their exciting move in 2021 will mean even more people in city centre Liverpool can get involved in changing their physical and mental wellbeing for the longer term, in a friendly and professional atmosphere, where the team are on hand to provide supported fitness not as a short term boost, but as a life-changing experience.
