Set in an idyllic location on the coast, it’s rich in heritage and character. Now under new ownership, there have been some exciting new changes introduced.

Wirral’s historic Leasowe Castle is one of the most stunning venues in the region and a perfect choice for dining, events, weddings or luxury stays.

Leasowe Castle has recruited multi-award winning Head Chef Gareth Cole, who has an extremely impressive C.V working at some of the region’s top restaurants. He has teamed up with multi-award winning Sous Chef Daniel Chamberlain and Young Chef Of The Year nominee Tamas Kim and the talented new team will be serving quality food 7 days a week.

A new menu has been introduced that includes lunch options such as hot sandwiches, fish and chips and gammon steaks, whereas the restaurant menu includes dishes such as steak, thyme roasted chicken breast and pan roasted seabass. There’s also the Sunday lunch menu as well as afternoon teas available for a regal treat.

Dining is available in one of their grand dining rooms, in the bar or al fresco and there are some great offers. The Friday ‘Steak Knights’ offer steaks for two people including a bottle of wine for £45, whilst there’s Happy Hour on Thursdays and Sundays, offering 50% off all beer, house wine and soft drinks.

Leasowe Castle now has its own Castle Lager — with a promotional price of just £2.75 per pint — and also Heverlee Premium Lager at the just £3.50 per pint. Meanwhile, there’s a variety of wines, gins and cocktail offers.

In terms of events, Leasowe Castle are putting on some big parties. On 13th August there’s a magical Frozen Afternoon Tea event and an adults 80s Party Night on 30th September. On 27 October there’s a Halloween Murder Mystery Night and a Moth Ball on 4th November.

On 25th August there’s a big red carpet live movie filming event and there’s also a huge New Year’s Eve event with fireworks, a light show, a disco and live music. Leasowe Castle is looking for events organisers to collaborate with and host indoor and outdoor events at one of the most beautiful venues in the region.
