With so many different mixes, blends and pairings, Gin has never been so popular. The perfect, refreshing drink, we’ve put together a rundown of our favourite gin bars to sip a balloon glass of your favourite flavour.
1 – Liverpool Gin Distillery
It wouldn’t be World Gin Day without a visit to Liverpool Gin Distillery! 2 – Red Door
Famous for its laid back vibes and amazing hand crafted cocktails, Red Door is the perfect place to rid yourself of the post-Christmas blues. The classic Negroni joins The Clover Club, Apple & Elderflower Aviation, Singapore Sling and iconic Gin Martini to raise a glass to our favourite spirit. Check out the menu here.
3 – Botanical Garden
New Bird Street oasis, Botanical Garden is a green space dedicated to the appreciation of Gin. Yes, we know it’s winter and this venue is currently closed, but how could we not include it in a guide to Gin?! We are counting down the days until its return in spring 2020. More info here.
4 – Love Lane Brewery, Bar & Kitchen
Love Lane Brewery Bar & Kitchen could be one of our favourite venues in the city. You can explore the working brewery on a special tour, tuck into some delicious food from the kitchen or drinks some or book yourself a place on their special Rooted Real Gin Yoga class which relaunches this month. 7 – Marine Street Social
