Imaginarium Theatre presents Father Christmas Storytelling at the Imaginarium Roundhouse in Prescot

After the huge success of last year’s sell out shows Imaginarium Theatre are working with Gav Cross Storyteller to bring HIS COUSIN, the REAL Father Christmas, back to Prescot this year for another round of storytelling Christmas magic at the Imaginarium Roundhouse.

Saturdays and Sundays throughout November and December (plus extra dates during Christmas week) Father Christmas is back in the Imaginarium Roundhouse with 3 shows a day packed with original festive stories, joke competitions, and plenty of audience participation, silliness and fun!

Shows are 45mins and start at 12.30pm, 2pm & 4pm.

There is a photo opportunity with the big man himself after each performance.

A relaxed show is available for those who need things a little quieter on 19th December at 12.30pm.

There will be candy floss, popcorn, and hot and cold refreshments available from the Imaginarium Bistro situated next to the Roundhouse, where you will also find accessible facilities.

Imaginarium‘s Artistic Director Gaynor La Rocca said:

“We are thrilled to have Father Christmas Storytelling show back at the Imaginarium Roundhouse after the runaway success of last year’s run. We loved seeing the faces of children and parents as they stepped into our big top heated cabin to be greeted by the REAL Father Christmas and his elves.  There is a special kind of magic in the Roundhouse when the tree is up, the fairy lights are twinkling, and the smell of candy floss and popcorn fills the air – there really is no better place to enjoy the Christmas season!”

Gav Cross Storyteller said “There is nothing more exciting than the roar of pure excitement, joy, and laughter from an audience. My magical cousin loved his time at the Roundhouse last year, being able to share time with so many local children and families was so much fun, he cannot wait to meet them all again, with a brand-new festive show!”

Tickets for Father Christmas Storytelling are £10 per person with under 2’s free.  All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Tickets are on sale now through the Imaginarium website www.imaginariumtheatre.co.uk/christmas22 or in person (After 5pm weekdays, from 12pm weekends) from the Imaginarium Bistro, 1 Market Place, Prescot.

Further information on the shows availability, content, or general information can be found either on the Imaginarium website at www.imaginariumtheatre.co.uk or by emailing tish@imaginariumtheatre.co.uk
