Mowgli Dog Show set to return this summer in support of Claire House
8 hours ago

The Mowgli Dog Show is set to return to Claremont Farm this summer to support Claire House Children’s Hospice.
Nisha Katona’s annual dog show, which she has dubbed ‘Glastonbury for pet lovers’, is back in Bebington, Wirral, on Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8.
Every penny of profit from the event goes directly to Claire House, helping to support seriously and terminally ill babies, children and young adults, and their families.
Founder and CEO Nisha said the family-friendly dog show, which is now in its seventh year, enables Mowgli to give back to the community.
Nisha said:
“The Mowgli Dog Show is my favourite day of the year. Dogs edify our busy lives with their greetings, their smiles, their unswerving loyalty. The Dog Show brings everyone together, all for the love of dogs and in aid for the wonderful Claire House Children’s Hospice.
“Mowgli Street Food was born in the North West and it is within the communities that her heart lies. Your support by coming to the dog show, and dining with us at Mowgli Street Food, has meant we have raised over £300,000 for Claire House and the children and families who need them.”
Claire House helps children make the most of the time they have – however long or short – whether at its Wirral hospice, at its Liverpool site or in homes across Merseyside, Cheshire, or North Wales.

Dan Halliday, Corporate Fundraising Manager at Claire House, said:
“The Mowgli Dog Show is truly an extraordinary event for our charity. It not only brings in vital funds year after year to support seriously ill babies, children and young adults, and their families, but the level of awareness it creates in our community about Claire House is remarkable.
“We are incredibly grateful to Nisha and her entire Mowgli family for putting so much passion and dedication into making this fantastic event a reality. Their efforts are making a lasting impact on the lives of so many children and families who need our help the most.”
The Mowgli Dog Show promises an unforgettable weekend for dog lovers, families, and anyone looking for a fantastic day out.
The event features 10 competitions where beloved pets can compete in crowd-favourite categories such as Child’s Best Friend, Agility, and Fancy Dress, with entries available on the day.
There will also be demonstrations by the West Lancs Dog Display Team, showcasing incredible skill and teamwork between handlers and their dogs.
Heart Radio’s Adam Weighell will host the fun Dog Show classes, keeping the crowd entertained throughout the weekend.
Visitors can explore a wide array of food, drink, and craft stalls, while families can enjoy a variety of children’s activities, a funfair, and inflatables along with hearing local musicians in the new music tent – there’s something for everyone.

This year, Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) joins as the event’s main sponsor. Professor Mark Power, Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive of LJMU, said:
“We are delighted to be sponsoring the Mowgli Dog Show 2025. Led by our Chancellor Nisha, this fantastic event is a wonderful way to support and raise funds for Claire House.
“Liverpool John Moores University is proud to have Claire House as one of our charity partners in recognition of the vital work it does for seriously and terminally ill children in our communities. I would encourage people to come and join us for what will be an extremely enjoyable weekend that will also raise money for a great cause.”
Day tickets are now available for £10 each, which you can find online at the Mowgli Trust website. Children under three go free with one paying ticket.
