Radio 1's Adele Roberts to DJ on Ladies Day at the 2023 Randox Grand National Festival

Adele Roberts will perform a live DJ set after racing on Ladies Day at the 2023 Randox Grand National Festival (Friday 14^th April).

Southport-born Roberts is one of the UK’s best-loved radio personalities and currently presents BBC Radio 1’s Weekend Breakfast Show. A great sports fan, Roberts has also competed in the London Marathon and formed part of BBC Sport’s coverage of the event.

In 2019 she participated in I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and won the sixth series of Celebrity Coach Trip in 2020.

A passionate supporter of LGBT rights, in 2022 Roberts was named as role model of the year at British LGBT Awards.

Adele Roberts said:

“I can’t wait to be at Aintree on Ladies Day to celebrate with everyone!

I know how much the people of Liverpool turn out for that day, I’m excited to perform my DJ set and get everyone dancing!

As a Southport girl it’s a real thrill for me to be involved with the Randox Grand National Festival.
