Redwing scoop two awards at the YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards 2023

Reigning champions Redwing scoop not one, but two awards at the YM Liverpool property and business awards 2023. Achieveing Liverpool’s ‘Property Agency of The Year’ for the 2^nd year running. 

Redwing, along with other property and business professionals from across Liverpool gathered to celebrate and recognise achievements of the past 12 months across the sectors at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Liverpool City Centre on 30 November 2023. 

Redwing were crowned property agency of the year for the 2^nd year running, competing against five other agents. 

The YM Liverpool judging panel said:

Redwing’s outstanding achievement in being named Property Agency of the Year for the second-year running is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence across every part of its operation – from development consultancy and marketing to sales, lettings, and property management.

“The panel was particularly impressed by Redwing’s continued dedication to social responsibility, evidenced by its support of the region’s Housing First programme which provides permanent accommodation for more than 200 people who are experiencing homelessness in Liverpool.

“Congratulations to the whole team at Redwing on this richly deserved award.”

Redwing’s spectacular development Plaza 1821 was also crowned Liverpool’s build-to-rent development of the year, part of the Liverpool Waters regeneration project of Liverpool’s historic docklands. 

The YM Liverpool judging panel said:

“A key part of the £5 billion Liverpool Waters regeneration project, Plaza 1821 earnt the inaugural Build-to-Rent (BTR) Development of the Year award by delivering an outstanding tenant experience, fostering a strong community feel amongst its residents and achieving a highly impressive 100% occupancy rate since 2020.

“Plaza 1821’s ability to maintain full occupancy in Liverpool’s increasingly competitive BTR market is no small accomplishment and reflects both its strong appeal to tenants and the effectiveness of its leasing and retention strategies.”
