Liverpool FC supporters, runners and families are being invited to lace up their trainers as registrations officially open for Run to Anfield 2026.
Returning on Saturday 1 August, the popular community event will once again raise vital funds for the LFC Foundation, supporting its work across the Liverpool City Region.
The annual run will see participants take on a scenic 5K route through Stanley Park, before finishing at the iconic Anfield Stadium, giving runners the chance to celebrate in true Reds style.
After crossing the finish line on 97 Avenue, participants will also get the chance to step inside Anfield for a special pitch side photo and collect their official 2026 race medal.

Following a successful launch last year, the 1K fun run is also returning, giving children, families and those wanting a shorter route the chance to get involved.
More than 1,350 people took part in the event last year, helping to raise funds for the LFC Foundation’s health, wellbeing and community programmes.
Across the 2024 to 2025 season, the charity supported more than 145,000 people, with 20 per cent living in some of the UK’s most deprived communities, highlighting the scale of its work across the region.
Participants are encouraged to raise £150 through the official JustGiving campaign to help support the foundation’s long term work in local communities.
Everyone taking part in either the 5K or 1K run will also receive an exclusive event t shirt ahead of the big day.
