August bank holiday weekend’s don’t get much hotter than this! The mercury is rising across Merseyside and we’ve got an extra day off work. There’s only one thing to do, check out the best outdoor spaces, terraces and beer gardens in Liverpool.
Soaking up the rays with boss company and a nice chilled drink in your hand is what summers are all about, so we’ve put together a handy list of the best outdoor spaces and venues to check out while the sun’s still shining!

The Cotton Lounge, Hotel Indigo

Roxy Ballroom, College Lane
Based at Liverpool One, Roxy Ballroom has an amazing rooftop terrace that overlooks the city centre streets. Work up a sweat on the pool table (not literally) and chill with a beer or cocktails outside.
Oh Me Oh My, The Strand

The Club House, Liverpool ONE

This is one of the cityâs hidden gems in our opinion. The word âquirkyâ is over used nowadays but that word sums up the The Kaz Gardens perfectly. With itâs relaxed atmosphere and unique food & drink menu this is the perfect place to chill in the sunshine. From ice cream floats to cask ales, frozen cocktails and Vietnamese coffees, you simply wonât find another bar menu like it in Liverpool. Red Door Eden Rooftop Garden, Berry Street
Red Door Liverpool has firmly cemented itself in the âmust goâ places on a night out in the city. Friendly and lively bar staff, a stunning cocktail menu and incredible  live music – this bar has added the cool factor to Bury Street. The rooftop terrace is perfect on a sunny day, spacious, chilled and comfortable.
