For the main course, customers can choose from a extensive list of dishes for their brunch option, including firm favourites such as the ‘Cubano Benedict’ – an exotic take on the classic which features toasted sourdough bread, pulled pork and a poached egg topped with a sweet and smoky paprika infused hollandaise sauce.
For meat lovers, the Breakfast Burrito hits the spot every time, a flour tortilla filled with smoky Cumberland sausage, omelette, chorizo, spicy tomato sauce and mozzarella wrapped in crispy bacon and served with guacamole. Other vegan and gluten free options include Avocado Toast, the ‘on trend’ take on cuban guacamole served with mango salsa and toasted fresh bread and Chorizo Hash, consisting of crispy patatas, chorizo, peppers and Manchego cheese sauce. Topped with a fried egg and spring onions.
The extensive drinks selection includes summer cocktails for guests to sample, such as refreshing Strawberry Daiquiri’s and Aperol Spritz or for those with more savoury taste buds, the classic Bloody Mary. Pints of Mahou and Prosecco are also included on the menu.
Prices are £30 per person every Saturday and Sunday from 11am with last booking at 2pm.
