It’s hard to know where to begin with Stoke, one of Liverpool’s newest restaurants and bars at the Radisson RED Hotel in Lime Street.
But if the meaning of Stoke is to ‘stir up’, then this amazing place is certainly going to do that…
Whether it’s your visual senses as you walk in to the elegant restaurant with its ornate columns, classical orb lighting and sumptuous seating, or your tastebuds as you dine on its sensational a la carte menu that’s got everything from vegan dishes and small plates to sharing steaks from its Robata grill.
This restaurant is a dining destination you need to get in your diary.
“It’s so exciting to introduce Stoke to Liverpool city centre,” says Sean Callaghan, head of food and beverage at Radisson and Stoke Restaurant.
“We have made a massive impact, and we are steaming ahead on our new dishes.
“We’d really love people to come down and try us, book a table and see what the vibe is.”
Stoke Restaurant and Bar is the stunning dining and drinking venue within the Radisson RED, the beautiful hotel that’s been created in the 19th century former North Western Hall.
The gothic-style building with its turrets and spires and magnificent sandstone staircase has undergone an incredible transformation and the restaurant – with fantastic views of St George’s Hall – is at its heart.
The barbecue-style grill restaurant specialises in local, organic, seasonal dishes and small plates.
But it’s not just about the food.
Stoke has got some amazing cocktails and a wine list that’ll have you raising a glass to a great day or evening out, and entertainment to put the wow into your weekend.
There’s live music and DJs each Friday and Saturday evening, and a more relaxed feel to its superb Sunday lunches.
Elegant and beautiful, the standard and service are high, but as gorgeous as it is, Stoke is set on fun too.
