The only bar in the world to sell rare whisky at £995 per measure launches in Liverpool
6 years ago
The Darks Spirits Bar has officially launched in the basement of The Liverpool Gin Distillery and has become the only bar in the world where whisky lovers can buy Karuizawa 1981 Noh Single Cask 35-Year-Old, a rare Japanese whisky, with only three bottles left in the world.
The Darks Spirits Bar offers visitors a variety of premium and classic dark spirits from around the world, including regular whisky tastings and dark spirit-based cocktails, as well as small food plates.
A measure of Karuizawa 1981 Noh Single Cask 35-Year-Old will set you back £995 per 25ml shot in The Darks Spirits Bar, which also sells Dalmore Astrum 40-Year-Old (£600 per 25ml shot) and The Macallan Reflexion (£115 per 25ml shot).
If you’d prefer a more ‘everyday’ dark spirit, The Dark Spirits Bar also sells Crabbie 8 and 12 year old Whiskies, Gelston’s Irish Whiskey and Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum and with the comfy sofas and lounge feel, it’s ideal for an after work weekday tipple, business meeting or gathering with friends at the weekend.
