This new festival will bring yoga, a vegan market, tarot readings and more to the Bombed Out Church
3 years ago
A new festival has been launched at The Bombed Out Church, with its first all day event on Saturday 25th September.
The organisers of Conscious Unity Festival say the event will bring a full day and night of fun, activities, music and wellbeing — with a market, food and drink, live music, children’s and adult’s yoga, meditation, sound healing, poetry, dance, talks and more!
The new festival will offer a diverse range of activities for all — with a daytime schedule of music and activities from 11am until 5pm followed by a ‘Conscious Concert’ from 6pm until 11pm. Bringing together some of the region’s most talented holistic therapists and practitioners, musicians, poets and speakers, it’s set to be an incredible event with so much going on!
Hosted at one of Liverpool’s most iconic landmarks, Conscious Unity Festival’s debut event at The Bombed Out Church will feature a conscious market — offering vegan and conscious food from the award winning Indigo Greens, cacao and even tarot readings.
The lineup includes yoga, meditation, sound healing, shamanic healing, ceremonies, inspirational speakers, conscious poetry or ecstatic dance.
The music line up includes Aimee Lea Frances following her debut single release, Love Is A Blossom. Aimee will be joined at Conscious Unity Festival by top acts such as renowned musical shaman and multi-instrumentalist Ravi Freeman, Madeeha, Emma Charnley, Lea La Zelle and conscious poet Raven.
The new festival of fun, activities, music, wellbeing and UNITY is being hosted by Inner Guru CIC, On A Mission, La Vida Liverpool and Aimee Lea Frances. The festival is in support of the #endthestigma campaign to set up a men’s mental health hub in North Liverpool and a percentage of money raised will be donated to the cause.
Co-Organiser, Lewis Powell of Inner Guru, said:
“I’m really excited about putting this together, especially after what everyone has been through the past year or so. What we need in this city and the world is unity and this festival will bring people together with so much positive and uplifting activities and music — it’s going to be amazing!”
