Watch: News from Nowhere keeps Liverpool’s pages turning through lockdown

News From Nowhere is a not-for-profit independent radical & community bookshop that sells books, political & alternative magazines, world/roots music CDs, cards & gifts, and more, based on Bold Street in Liverpool city centre.
News From Nowhere concentrates on literature that is progressive and surrounds social justice but it also stocks loads of other works like cookbooks, children’s books, fiction and more.
Since the first lockdown, News From Nowhere has stayed open and there are a number of ways that you can order. Firstly, you can order books and arrange to pick them up at the shop’s front door. To do this, email nfn@newsfromnowhere.org.uk or give the team a ring on 0151 708 7270.
If you are unable to come into town, you can have your order delivered to you in the post. Also, if you can’t find the book that you are looking for, the team will order it in for you and you can search for and order millions of books through its online catalogue.
News From Nowhere can send books anywhere in the world and if your order is a gift for someone else, the team can enclose a note, with a message from you.
In 2021, News From Nowhere will continue to operate its online and collection service and supply Liverpool with all the literature it needs.
