There’s no holding back this week in Liverpool, Christmas preparations have officially begun!
The light switch on’s, the theatre shows and wreath making workshops all begin this week in Liverpool and frankly we’re all for it! Alongside festivities we’ve got some indulgent new menus, tea pot cocktails, ways to improve your well being, lots of after dark light installations to check out and you can walk on the wild side with the kids at Knowsley Safari too.

Monday 4th November
Breakfast at Lock & Key, Duke Street
Monday morning means Mexican scrambled eggs at Lock & Key, Duke Street. Kick start your week with a delicious breakfast dish in one of the city’s most stylish venues, just a stones throw from L1. Menus and more here.
River of Light The Art Works, City Wide
The fireworks may be over for another year but the River of Light art works stay illuminated throughout this week – for all to see. There are 10 different locations forming a trail around the city. We’re loving the bunnies and spiders the most. Plan your visit here.

Tuesday 5th November
Bommy Night, The Horse & Jockey, Melling
There’s a free fireworks display, hog roast, bbq and out door bar at The Horse & Jockey pub, Melling on Tuesday night from 7:30pm. Who said fireworks are just for kids, book a table for dinner and get ready to ooh and ahh. Info here.
Bonfire Night Party, The Elephant, Woolton Village

Late Night Keith Haring, Tate Liverpool
Dont miss your last chance to see Keith Haring (1958 – 1990) at Tate Liverpool. This hugely successful exhibition, which charts the life and work of the artists and activist, closes on 10th November. Late night opening hours on Friday. More info here.
