You can’t beat the craic of a good Irish pub and new McNasty’s bar on Seel Street is absolutely McFab!
It only opened its doors in February but with its incredible atmosphere and super-friendly staff it’s already becoming a favourite with people across the city: “Same faces walking through the door every day, so I think we’re doing something right,” smiles general manager Dean.
And with summer just around the corner, things are only going to get better.
McNasty’s has got everything you want from a great Irish bar – plus loads more besides.
Set across two floors, it’s a traditional pub with cosy and comfy booths which are perfect when you’re getting together with your mates, plus loads of tables and chairs and lovely little fireplaces.

Once you’ve got settled in your favourite spot – although you might find you have a few – you can enjoy everything it’s got to offer.
There’s live music seven days a week with a downstairs space hosting singers and acoustic solo performers, while the upstairs floor will focus more on bands and group acts.
McNasty’s aims to provide a fresh new platform for grassroots musicians and local talent who create so much of the nightlife entertainment in the city – and while that’s already begun there, it’s also organised a Grass Roots Night for summer with musicians and bands ready to perform upstairs for a special event.
And that’s not all there is on its upper floor.
Upstairs has got a massive screen that’s set to show all the main sports – like the World Cup from next month: “Unfortunately Ireland isn’t in it,” sighs Dean.

But it’s still going to have its stunning rooftop bar open in the day so you can enjoy the sun and catch some rays:
“Then you can sit there all night watching the matches on the big screen.
“And, not to be biased, I think our Guinness is one of the best around!” (Other top pints and drinks are available!!).
McNasty’s is also part of the Hey Liverpool loyalty card scheme which has deals and discounts across around 20 bars, restaurants and clubs throughout the city.
“So if you haven’t checked it out, come along and give us a try,” says Dean.
